Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026.
By using MacOps you agree to these terms. Questions: support@macops.co.uk.
The service
MacOps provides managed iOS CI/CD on shared Apple hardware, including simulators, ephemeral macOS VMs and — on eligible plans — physical iPhone testing. Capacity is offered on a fair-use basis according to your plan.
Acceptable use
- Only run software you have the right to build and test.
- No unlawful, infringing, or malicious workloads; no attempts to escape build isolation or access other tenants.
- No crypto-mining or workloads unrelated to building/testing your applications.
Plans & billing
All plans are paid and billed monthly via Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. Physical iPhone access requires the Team plan. You can manage or cancel your subscription from the billing portal at any time.
Apple software & hardware compliance
MacOps runs exclusively on genuine Apple-branded hardware. macOS virtual machines are operated in accordance with the Apple macOS Software License Agreement, including its limits on the number of macOS instances per physical Mac. We do not virtualize macOS on non-Apple hardware and do not resell or redistribute Apple software. Physical iPhones in the pool are owned by MacOps and erased between leases. You are responsible for ensuring your own use of Apple developer services and any code you build complies with Apple's agreements.
Your content
You retain all rights to your code and artifacts. You grant us the limited rights needed to run the builds you request. We delete ephemeral build environments after each job.
Warranty & liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding three months.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified by email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
