MacOps ("we", "us") provides a cloud iOS CI/CD platform. This policy explains what we collect and how we protect it. Questions: support@macops.co.uk.

What we collect

• Account data — your name, email and organisation, used to operate your account.
• Project & build data — repositories you connect, build configuration, logs and artifacts you generate.
• Billing data — handled by Stripe; we store only a customer reference and subscription status, never card details.
• Operational data — request logs and metrics used to run and secure the service.

Build isolation & data sanitization

Each build runs in an ephemeral virtual machine that is destroyed when the job ends. Physical devices are erased (Erase All Content & Settings) and re-provisioned before returning to the shared pool. Your build data is not accessible to other customers.

How we use data

To run builds you request, provide support, bill for usage, secure the platform and comply with law. We do not sell your data.

Sub-processors

We use Railway (hosting), Stripe (billing), Resend (email) and S3-compatible object storage (artifacts). Each processes data only to provide their service.

Retention & your rights

We retain account and build data while your account is active. You may request export or deletion at any time by emailing support@macops.co.uk.
